About the Centralia Swine Research Update

The Centralia Swine Research Upate was initiated in 1981 by staff at Centralia College, to bring researchers and their work to participants in the pork industry. The event continues to be planned, organized and executed by a committee of industry partners, with support from OMAFRA (Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affaris) staff. It is a not-for-profit organisation.

We could not continue without the generous support through sponsorship by industry and by producers through their organisations. Please refer to the proceedings for a list of our current and past sponsors.

We appreciate the efforts of all contributors for their research and the preparation of their presentations and written papers.

Centralia Swine Research Update exists to facilitate the transfer of information. No responsibility can be taken for any outcome of the use, application, or adoption of any ideas or practices discussed at the event or described in the proceedings.
